In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981

and the Distance Selling Law:

 

Right to Cancel

An order can be cancelled within 14 days from the date of product receipt.

Cancellation notice via WhatsApp only: 052-9007505

Please state: full name, order number, reason for cancellation.

 

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation not due to defect — 5% of product price,

and not more than 100 ₪.

Cancellation due to defect or non-conformity — no cancellation fees.

 

 

Refund

Within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

Using the same method as the original payment.

The product will be returned at the customer's expense in its original packaging.

 

 

Cannot Be Cancelled

Products opened for hygiene reasons:

Gel polish · Gels · Liquid materials · Used nail bits.

Equipment and machines that have been opened and used.

وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك الإسرائيلي

وقانون البيع عن بُعد:

 

 

حق الإلغاء

يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال 14 يوماً من استلام المنتج.

إرسال رسالة إلغاء عبر واتساب فقط: 052-9007505

يُذكر: الاسم الكامل، رقم الطلب، سبب الإلغاء.

 

 

رسوم الإلغاء

إلغاء بدون عيب — 5% من سعر المنتج،

بحد أقصى 100 ₪.

إلغاء بسبب عيب أو عدم مطابقة — بدون رسوم.

 

 

استرداد المبلغ

خلال 14 يوماً من استلام إشعار الإلغاء.

بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية.

يُعاد المنتج على حساب العميلة بعبوته الأصلية.

 

 

لا يمكن الإلغاء

المنتجات المفتوحة لأسباب صحية:

لك جل · جلات · مواد سائلة · رؤوس حف مستخدمة.

الأجهزة والماكينات المفتوحة والمستخدمة.
